THE PROCESS OF TRANSFERRING IS VERY SIMPLE
As the Government of the Republic of Lithuania has liberalized the natural gas market, changing the supplier of natural gas is as easy as changing a mobile network operator.

1. YOUR NATURAL GAS NEEDS

Write to us about the quantity of natural gas consumed every month in each of your individual objects per year.

2. OUR OFFER FOR THE SUPPLY OF NATURAL GAS

Having received your enquiry for the supply of natural gas, we will analyse the presented information, prepare an offer for you and send you the natural gas sale and purchase agreement form for review.

3. READ THE PRESENTED INFORMATION

Read our offer for the supply of natural gas and review the provisions of the agreement for the sale and purchase of natural gas

We will answer all your questions.

4. INFORM US ABOUT YOUR DECISION TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT

Having made the decision to buy natural gas from us, notify us by the means convenient to you.

We will prepare and present all necessary documents (the agreement on the sale and purchase of natural gas, a notice to the distribution system operator about the conclusion of the agreement, and a notice to the current supplier about the termination of the agreement).

The supply of natural gas under the conditions we offer will be started within 20 calendar days. The start of the new supply agreement will be the next day after the expiry of the previous supply agreement.

IMPORTANT!

Consistent and uninterrupted supply of natural gas will be ensured for you throughout the process of changing your supplier.

No technical changes will be made when changing your supplier.

BRAND NEW CONSUMER?

If you have decided to connect to the gas distribution system, you have to contact Lietuvos Dujos AB, the gas distribution system operator.

All the information about the connection procedure is available at the website of the distribution system operator: https://www.eso.lt/

We will help you to take care of the connection procedure and the supply of gas will be started on the agreed upon date.

WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SUPPLIER?

When changing the supplier it is essential to notify the current supplier on time and to pay them in full.

Prior to signing or terminating a natural gas sale and purchase agreement with a supplier as well as prior to changing the supplier you must have had paid in full for consumed natural gas.

Gas consumers must notify the supplier company they have an agreement with in writing 20 calendar days in advance about the termination of the agreement with the supplier.

EMERGENCY?

1. IF YOU CAN SMELL GAS IN THE ROOM, ACT AS FOLLOWS:
  • Close the gas tap before the gas unit and the tap of the unit;
  • Open the windows, doors, create a draught and ventilate the room;
  • Do not light matches or smoke;
  • Do not switch electric equipment or switches on or off;
  • If you cannot smell the gas anymore, do not use the gas unit, ventilate the room and call the gas repair company;
  • If you can still smell the gas, call the gas emergency service immediately.
